For each set of 10 lessons students may only cancel or reschedule twice without charge, provided at least 24 hours notice is given. Additional cancelled lessons, or lessons cancelled without 24 hours notice, will be charged at normal tuition rates.
Students may substitute online lessons for in-person lessons at no additional charge, provided there is no change to the lesson time slot.
Each set of lessons must be paid one week in advance of commencement (before the 10th class).
If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson for any reason, an additional lesson will be scheduled at no extra charge.
No refunds will be given for uncompleted lesson sets.
